Osvaldo Martinez Abreu

Osvaldo Martinez Abreu is a Dominican born artist, rising art historian, and writer. After completing an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary studies from the University of Central Florida, and a graduate degree in Art History and Visual Culture, from Lindenwood University, he is engrossed in investigating the intersection of art, its history, and the societies creating them. He notes the importance of researching the art history around us, and its influence on our contemporary art world. It's ever engrossing dichotomy abundant in learning of the past and present. Alongside acting as correspondent to Women in the Arts inc, in New York City, he spends his time enriched in the galleries, museums, and public art that cultivate the city, ready to be delved into.
