Maria Guerrero (American, b. Uruguay) is the founder and director of Women in the Arts, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization established in 2007 in Orlando, Florida. Together with a generous board of benefactors, her philanthropic mission is to honor the contributions of women artists and expand meaningful access to art education across the community.

For over fifteen years, Maria's vision and leadership—shaped by her experience in art, architecture, business, and education—have guided the organization in cultivating long-standing partnerships and developing innovative, impactful programs that are both artistically significant and deeply valued by the public.
