Celebrating the Genius of Women
On View: March 10 - April 14, 2023
12th. Annual art competition and exhibition at the Orlando Public Library.
Women in the Arts, Inc. is pleased to announce Celebrating the Genius of Women, a selection of paintings, photography, sculptures, textile art, drawings, mixed media, installations, environmental, and video art, from local, national, and international artists. This year's art selection highlights issues relevant to women and also to humanity, voicing with passion, determination, and dedication a communal dialogue that transcends gender and self; bringing the viewer into the realm of women's reality around the world. The collection includes physical works mainly from Orlando artists and digital works from artists from Florida, Texas, New York, Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Iran.
