Happy Friday! One thing you must do today is: Open your calendar, go to Saturday, March 27, and save this date to reunite with me, our awesome board, amazing artists, students, and leaders in the arts. I am thrilled to announce our panelists, brilliant women that you simply can’t miss to meet and hear them“Roar and Soar”. These women stand in our arts’ community with confident, powerful voices, constantly scaling new heights, and lifting other women up and others as they achieve success. I am thrilled to announce the 2027 Women in the Arts, Inc. Expo panelists: Danielle Thomas, Executive Director, Art & History Museums, Maitland Flynn Dobbs, Public Art Coordinator, City of Orlando Lisa G. Moore, Heritage quilter and textile artist, Central Florida Sara Brown, Moderator, Eatonville Library Manager, Orange County Library System and Women in the Arts, Inc. board member.
The event will be held once again at the state-of-the-art Melrose Center at the Orlando Public Library. I am very excited to return to this celebration during Women’s History Month, and see you once again! Love, Maria “I am strong, I’m invincible, I am woman”
